Refunds are only granted within 24 hours of an order being placed, and the product has not been shipped.

Returns: We do not accept returns at this time. 

Exchanges: Unless we have shipped the wrong product, or the product is damaged, we do not offer exchanges. 

Shipping: Orders are processed 7 days a week and most orders will ship within 10-14 business days after your payment is authorized.

This does not include weekends or holidays. 

If there is an issue with your order, you must contact us via email with an explanation within 24 hours of delivery. Our products are quality inspected and we make every effort to ensure that our products are free of damages and defects.
